Say something pretty.

Mediation, recovery & connection

Make room for a better conversation.

I’m Andrew Lopez. Say Something Pretty® brings together my work in mediation and support for people navigating recovery, relationships, and difficult conversations.

Say Something Pretty® begins with a small idea: when you notice something beautiful, say so. Give it words. I bring that same attention to the people and possibilities that can become difficult to see in the middle of a conflict.

My approach

Truth and compassion belong in the same conversation. So do accountability and grace.

I begin with curiosity. What matters to you? What has been difficult to say? What would help the conversation move forward?

My approach makes room for different experiences and for the effort happening beneath the surface. That means slowing down, listening carefully, clarifying concerns, and considering the choices available. People can understand the same situation differently and still have something worth hearing.

The aim is a next step you can understand and choose, with room for honesty, boundaries, and the realities of your life.
